What is a Non-Surgical Facelift?

A non-surgical facelift is a minimally invasive cosmetic procedure that uses a combination of treatments to restore facial structure and achieve rejuvenation. Non-surgical facelift procedures can be used to treat fine lines, wrinkles, loss of facial volume, skin laxity, thinning lips, sunken cheeks, deep creases, hyperpigmentation, and scarring.

Types of Non-Surgical Facelift

Non-surgical facelift procedures are custom-tailored, depending on your needs. Common procedures include:

Chemical & Herbal Peels

A chemical peel is a cosmetic procedure to exfoliate the weather-beaten and damaged external layer of skin to reveal the underlying newer, firmer and smoother skin. It is recommended for reducing fine lines and wrinkles, blemishes and age spots, as well as irregular pigmentation on the face and neck.

Herbal peels are a safe and comfortable alternative to using harsh chemicals on the skin. They contain a blend of nourishing vitamins, enzymes, carbohydrates, mineral salts, and other natural ingredients to help improve the appearance of dull and uneven skin and give it a healthy glow.

Dermal Fillers

A dermal filler is a gel-like substance injected to rejuvenate aging skin and smooth away facial wrinkles and folds. Dermal fillers are used for lip enhancement and facial contouring. They are also indicated for restoring skin volume, smoothing nasolabial folds (the folds running from the sides of the bottom of the nose to the outer corners of the mouth) and to treat fine lines, crow's feet, frown lines, acne scars and forehead creases.

Botox

Botox is a type of purified protein synthesized from the bacterium Clostridium botulinum.

Botox causes relaxation of the wrinkle-causing muscles by blocking the action of certain chemicals that induce muscle contraction or spasm. Botox cosmetic injections are approved by the US FDA for reduction and improvement of moderate to severe frown lines between the eyebrows, which are also called glabellar lines.

Fat Injection

Fat injection, also known as fat transfer or grafting, is a minimally invasive cosmetic surgery that harvests fat from one part of your body and transfers it to an area requiring augmentation. The source is usually the abdomen, buttocks or thighs. The most commonly grafted areas include the forehead, under the eyes, the lips, cheeks, chin and around the jaw.

Non-ablative Laser Resurfacing

This procedure uses the laser to treat scars, wrinkles and brown patches (melasma) by delivering heat to the deeper layers of your facial skin without damaging it. The heat promotes the production of collagen to tighten your skin, making it look younger and healthier.
