What is the capsule contracture? What does it look like during the surgery?

A capsular contracture is a complication that can occur after breast implant surgery. Normally, the body forms a thin layer of scar tissue (called a capsule) around any implant. In capsular contracture, that scar tissue becomes abnormally thick, tight, and contracted, squeezing the implant.
