  I was referred to Dr. Kote for the surgical repair after a MOHS procedure and was quite impressed with this office. Dr. Kote demonstrated a caring and compassionate approach to me as a patient. She and her surgical technician, Ann, explained everything clearly and spent a good amount of time ensuring I was relaxed and comfortable. The office itself is warm and welcoming. That was two years ago. Recently, I needed to have what I thought was a ganglionic cyst removed from the back of my hand. I referred myself back to this office where the same level of care and compassion was witnessed. They actually remembered me! This procedure was a bit more complicated than expected as it turned to NOT be a ganglionic cyst. As an accomplished hand surgeon Dr. Kote knew exactly what to do, controlled the bleeding, and sutured the excision expertly. Post-op consult to remove the stitches was done today and everything went well. This is a caring office, highly professional, and I haven't waited more than 10 minutes after my arrival before I saw one of the practitioners. I would certainly recommend this practice to others.
